Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the completed returns form inside the parcel to ensure swift processing.

  Choose a Courier

  Select your preferred return method through the portal and print your prepaid shipping label or generate a QR code for drop-off.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 working days.
